Are you looking for the top Las Vegas sportsbooks to catch your favorite game and place your sports bets? Sports fans from all over flock to Las Vegas for major events like the Super Bowl, March Madness, horse racing, and the World Series. But with all of the different sportsbooks and live betting lines flying around, which one do you choose?!
There are a total of 68 sportsbooks in Las Vegas, but a handful of them stand out among the crowd.
The Top Las Vegas Sportsbooks for the Game
- Circa (+ Circa Stadium Swim)
- SuperBook At The Westgate Las Vegas
- Wynn Race & Sports Book
- BetMGM Sportsbook at Excalibur
- Race & Sports Book At The Venetian Resort
- Caesars Sportsbook at Caesars Palace
- BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar at Park MGM
Below you will get details as well as additional options that are similar to those mentioned. And we really start things off with a BANG:
1. Circa
The #1 Las Vegas Sportsbook
A sports fan’s dream—and I do not say it lightly! Circa, with its huge 3-story video wall and 78-million-pixel screen, is not only the largest sportsbook in Las Vegas, or even the United States, but the WORLD. If you’re looking for the best sportsbook to party at and get a full taste of Sin City, this is the best place.
The big screens will blow you away while watching your favorite team and the environment gets rowdier as the night goes on! Get complimentary drinks when you make sports bets (they are a bit more stingy than other places—usually $200 in bets for one…) and find a first-come, first-serve comfy seat. You will likely be here for HOURS, enamored by where you’re (hopefully) enjoying the game.
Circa Stadium Swim
Make sure to spend time at Circa’s Stadium Swim, a unique experience that includes another massive screen overlooking the pool. Swimming, drinks, and sports bets at the pool? Tough to beat! You need to get tickets to enter the pool area, but I promise you, it’s worth every penny.
2. SuperBook At The Westgate Las Vegas
Best Las Vegas Sportsbook Off-Strip
While Circa is certainly the winner, Westgate honestly might be my personal favorite. Much like Circa, the Westgate Sportsbook boasts a massive screen and a 30,000 square feet space dedicated to sports betting. The best part? They are not stingy with the free drink tickets! (Throw the ticket writer a few bucks and you’re going to be set for the night!)
One of the best Las Vegas Sportsbooks, Westgate Superbook offers the largest wagering menu, super comfortable seating for 400+ guests, and a small food court steps away with a variety of options so you don’t need to go hunting for food. It has a more laid-back feel than Circa and is the perfect place for big games where you need pure concentration vs. distracted partying.
More Las Vegas Sportsbooks Off the Strip
- Green Valley Ranch: an off-Strip, local favorite where you can find drinks on the cheap while not losing a fun environment. Known as one of the top Nevada sportsbooks.
- Red Rock Resort: another locals fav with a crisp, clear screen with seating available for over 200 people.
- Golden Nugget: great option when you are in Downtown Las Vegas on Fremont Street. Dark ambiance with a lively crowd.
- Rampart Race & Sports Book: located in South Point, one of the main reasons people come here is for the better odds. I want to visit here next time!
3. Wyn Race and Sportsbook
Best Las Vegas Sportsbook On the Strip
If you’re looking for a fun environment where it’s easy to meet new friends and turn things into a party fast, the Wyn Race and Sportsbook is where it’s at. Plus, it’s the most luxurious.
While their screen isn’t quite as jaw-dropping as our first two mentions, you will still get a 1,600 square foot wrap-around LED screen, high-end seating, a sports bar attached (Charlie’s Bar & Grill with 100+ beers), and a newly renovated space. It’s another tough place to beat.
More Las Vegas Sportsbooks On the Strip
- The Cosmopolitan: tons of HD TVs together in a beautiful, yet high-energy and party-based atmosphere. You can order from a few different restaurants and have it brought straight to your seat.
- MGM Grand: Located in a great spot with 64 large screens where over 100 people can watch. Plus, it’s smoke-free!
- The Bellagio: Outdated and you need to pay for comfy seating, but the bar area behind it is cool to play some video poker, get drinks, and watch games.
- And a few more below that deserve full call-outs…
4. BetMGM Sportsbook at Excalibur
A Personal Sportsbook Favorite
Okay, this one isn’t as common on other “Top Las Vegas Sportsbooks lists,” but I love this place! It’s underrated and the perfect place to watch your favorite team because it’s a smaller, less chaotic spot than the others. Excalibur is more intimate and still boasts a nice screen with multiple games and horse races going at once.
It’s a little rough around the edges and could use a revamp, but make your sports bets here, find one of the comfy chairs, and take advantage of “free drinks” and the cocktail service while watching your game(s) and you won’t be disappointed. There’s also a good sports bar (TAP) right around the corner to grab some food.
TIP: I enjoy their entire casino floor—a great place to enjoy some gambling.
5. Race & Sports Book At The Venetian Resort
Luxurious SPORTSBOOK
A video screen with 42 games at once? Sign us up! Located in about a 10,000 square feet space, The Venetian Sportsbook is a popular place on the strip for a big game and the use of CG Technology. A smaller space, it’s less rowdy than others mentioned and more high-end, with a variety of delicious food options all over the place at this location. You’ll often find an older crowd enjoying the area.
6. Caesars Sportsbook at Caesars Palace
A Las Vegas Classic
Big-time sports bettors in a fun laid-back environment. Located in a great location on The Strip, Caesars Palace Sportsbook is one of the most popular destinations for sports gamblers. Their stadium section seating holds just under 150 guests with a sports bar behind it.
Another location with a huge screen (143 ft. LED HD), it’s an awesome environment with the downside being that you often need to pay for comfortable seating for big games—and it’s not cheap. With it being one of the most popular places to catch games, they get away with it!
Bonus: I did find the best odds on a Michigan Football futures bet. Go Blue!
7. Park MGM
Best Bar Scene Sportsbook
If your goal for the day is to take a seat at the bar and watch your team, Park MGM is the place to do it. A relatively quiet space, you’ll be able to find a seat and they will always put the sound on for you. You can place your bets right when you walk in—and they aren’t stingy with the drink tickets! You’ll also find food right in the area making it super convenient.
More Las Vegas Sportsbooks Worth Mentioning
- Treasure Island: another bar scene with a huge video wall, drink deals, food, and a ton of space.
- Mandalay Bay: this sports book may need a makeover, but it is definitely one of the liveliest places to catch a game with a variety of betting options. (This is a popular choice amongst horse bettors.)
- The Flamingo: a popular Las Vegas hotel, has a small sportsbook but if you’re looking for intimate with comfy chairs, it’s a good choice.
- Planet Hollywood: if you have drink tickets on the brain, opt for this spot! The least stingy, you can grab a free drink when you spend $20+ on the horse races or $50+ on sports.
